What is CRQH? Cellular Resonance® Quantum Healing is a method that aligns our cells with the higher power of the soul, spirit, and the Divine. It’s about resonating at a higher frequency, where life aligns with its highest purpose and mission.
Cellular Resonance is an area of study that recognizes that all living organisms contain vibrational patterns that emit a frequency. These vibrational frequencies can impact each other synergistically in a way that is helpful and supportive.
Quantum Healing, is a term used to describe how our thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect the way we experience health and dis-ease in our lives. According to this principle, our conscious and sub-conscious mind does not just control the function of our brain and nervous system. The goal of quantum healing isn’t to avoid or ignore illness but rather to discover what is causing dis-ease and then take steps to prevent it from happening again. Research in parapsychology, psychoneuroimmunology and other fields in neuroscience suggest that consciousness may play an essential role in health and healing.
“In CRQH, our role isn’t to cure or heal directly; rather, we focus on identifying and resolving the underlying causes of our client’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual conditions —be it trauma, suppressed emotions, familial lineage issues, epigenetic factors, karmic stress, or other wounds. Our approach aims to update the brain and nervous system’s stuck survival mechanisms, thereby activating the client’s natural self-healing capabilities. Over the past 38 years, this methodology has shown remarkable success in addressing a wide array of acute and chronic challenges, supporting individuals on their transformative and evolutionary healing journey”. ~ Dr. Doug Lehrer, founder of Lehrer School of Energy Medicine Mastery & Cellular Resonance® Quantum Healing.
In the dynamic landscape of healing modalities, Cellular Resonance® Quantum Healing (CRQH) emerges as a beacon of transformative potential. Every facet of this modality has been meticulously designed to tap into the multi-dimensional complexities of our existence, thereby addressing not just symptoms, but the core energetic frequencies that define us.

Cupping therapy is an ancient Chinese medicine technique that involves placing glass or bamboo cups on the skin to create suction. It is believed to have several potential benefits, including:
Pain Relief: Cupping can help relieve pain by increasing blood flow to the area, reducing inflammation, and stimulating the release of endorphins. It is often used for conditions such as muscle tension, back pain, and migraines.
Improved Circulation: The suction created by cupping can improve circulation, which can help oxygenate and nourish the tissues. This may benefit conditions such as poor blood flow, muscle soreness, and anxiety.
Enhanced Flexibility: Cupping can help relax tight muscles and fascia, which can improve flexibility and range of motion.
Boosted Immune System: Some studies suggest that cupping may stimulate the immune system, making it more effective at fighting infections.
Reduced Stress and Anxiety: Cupping can promote relaxation and reduce stress hormones, which may help alleviate anxiety and improve mood.
Other Potential Benefits: Cupping has also been linked to other potential benefits, such as: Reduced cellulite, Improved skin health, Detoxification, and Relief from respiratory problems.
Note: It is important to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using cupping therapy, as it may not be appropriate for everyone. There are potential risks and side effects associated with cupping, such as bruising, skin irritation, and infection.

Avazzia offers benefits such as pain management, reducing inflammation, and promoting faster healing through its non-invasive microcurrent technology. It provides relief for chronic and post-surgical pain, can help with muscle rehabilitation, and may be used for calming during procedures and reversing local anesthesia effects. The technology works by using low-level electrical impulses to stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal, improve cell function, and reduce pain without drugs or surgery.

Pregnancy or Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy massage or prenatal massage is therapeutic massage that focuses on the special needs of the Mother-to-be. Pregnancy Massage Therapy can effectively treat and help with:
- Back pain
- Sciatica
- Sleep disorder
- Hip or leg pain
- Muscle pain
- Depression

Sports massage is a targeted therapy for athletes and active individuals, focusing on preventing injuries, enhancing performance, and speeding recovery by working on muscles used in activity, using techniques like deep tissue, stretching, and trigger point therapy, and is more goal-driven than general relaxation massage. It can be done (to warm up), during (for quick recovery), or after (to cool down and heal) physical exertion, helping with muscle tension, flexibility, circulation, and pain.

Medical massage focuses on relaxation using long,
flowing strokes, kneading, and circular movements across the entire body (back, shoulders, arms, legs, feet) to improve circulation, relieve tension, and calm the mind, typically applying oil or lotion for a smooth, gliding experience with techniques like Effleurage, Petrissage, and Tapotement.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy using pressure on specific points on the feet, hands, and ears, based on the idea that these points correspond to organs and systems in the body, aiming to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and relieve stress or pain by restoring the body’s natural energy flow. While not a replacement for medical care, practitioners use thumb and finger pressure to stimulate these reflex areas, believing it triggers healing in related body parts, though scientific evidence for specific medical cures is limited.

Headache massage therapy relieves pain by releasing tense muscles in the neck, shoulders, and head, improving circulation, and reducing stress triggers, using techniques like deep tissue, trigger point, or myofascial release to target knots and tight connective tissue, promoting relaxation, endorphin release, and better oxygen flow to the brain. It can be as effective as some medications for preventing migraines and involves gentle to firm pressure on specific points, muscles, and fascia.

What People Say About Us
My husband and I feel very lucky to proudly claim Audra as our massage therapist for over
20 years. She is a true professional, who has always stayed a step ahead of her industry on
every level. Whether dealing with recovery after surgery or working on daily life aches and
pain, or just keeping the blood flowing and feeling great, she delivers.
Her warm heart and positive attitude are the extra that make each session the best thing
that happened that day.

By far, the best massage I’ve ever had. Audra takes time to understand your overall health
and lifestyle to assess all factors that may impact your health. Unlike many resorts or
chains, Audra doesn’t follow a scripted formula for treatment but instead adjusts based on
how your muscles are responding; always patient and never forcing muscles. She doesn’t
rush you out when ‘your time is up’, but will extend the time until she’s addressed every
problem area. Audra then offers the option (not pressured) if you would like for her to say a
prayer over you at the conclusion. Incredible treatment for mind, body and soul.

Reasonable price. I’ve had chronic upper back and shoulder pain that worsened a few
months ago and began affecting my daily activities. I found Audra through a Google search,
and from the first visit she took the time to ask thoughtful questions and understand the
underlying issues. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. My pain is now well
controlled, I’m able to keep up with my routine, and I’m sleeping much better. I would
highly recommend her services.

Audra is a gifted healer, has a compassionate and caring nature, and a very professional
approach. She has been very effective in working on my shoulder and knee issues, and is
always careful to get my input and focuses on the areas of concern. I cannot recommend
her enough for anyone who needs a top notch massage therapist

I was skeptical at first having spent so much time and money at these other corporate
massage centers. Upon my first session with Audra I immediately realized that her
education in medical massage therapy made the difference. Her skill, knowledge, and
calming presence have made a tremendous difference in my day-to-day life.
She has the ability to locate exactly where the pain is coming from and uses targeted
techniques to isolate the muscles and provide trigger point release. Since beginning
treatment with her, my overall pain has been reduced considerably, my posture has
improved dramatically, I no longer get out of bed in the morning and find myself in
immediately in pain. On the contrary I feel and am able to perform tasks of someone that is
20 years younger. I feel more mobile, relaxed, and capable in my everyday activities.
Every session is personalized and purposeful to how my body is responding to her
manipulation of my muscles. Audra has played a major role in improving my quality of life.
I highly recommend her to anyone struggling with chronic muscle pain, fatigue or tension.
She is exceptional at what she does, and I’m incredibly grateful for the relief she has given
me.

FAQs
Many desk workers deal with postural stress that appears in the shoulders, neck, low back, and glutes due to prolonged sitting. Regular massage helps counteract these imbalances and reduces tension from daily stress.
Massage therapy positively influences the immune system by lowering stress hormones and improving circulation. The result is a stronger natural immune response and an overall healthier body.
You will complete an intake form that helps your therapist understand your medication use, injuries, sensitive areas, and treatment goals so your session can be tailored specifically to your needs.
A full 2-hour session is often needed to address most areas effectively. While one session can help, regular weekly or bi-weekly massages create long-lasting improvements and reduce the chance of injury.
Light stretching or yoga after a massage is okay, but avoid intense workouts. Your muscles may feel tender, and rest helps your body absorb the full benefit of the massage.
It’s entirely up to you. You may relax silently or chat if you prefer. The important thing is to always communicate pressure, comfort, or adjustments to make your session enjoyable.
Regular massage focuses on general relaxation and wellness (like Swedish), while medical massage is a targeted, outcome-based treatment for specific injuries or conditions like chronic pain or scar tissue using specialized techniques like myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Medical massage involves detailed assessments and treatment plans. Body by Audra is skilled in both modalities.
