About Audra Steding
Audra is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with over 14 years of experience serving Orlando and central Florida. In 2005 she completed extensive training in muscular dysfunctions and worked for the Florida Hospital Pain Management Center. With her medical massage certification she can treat patients of car accidents and injuries and can accept some insurance cases. Audra also has education in treating migraines, infertility, prenatal and postnatal massage therapy and also reflexology.

• Quick Fix - Half hour massage to treat a specific muscle group on the body. • 1 Hour Relaxation • One hour Swedish massage to relax and pamper. • Pregnancy • One hour massage designed to bring relief and relaxation • Deep Tissue • One hour massage treats sore muscles due to a physical activity or injury. • Sports • One hour of athletic stretching and massage to treat sore muscles due to physical activity or injury. • Pamper Plus • One and a half hour massage for those who just want extra time in the world of relaxation. • 2 Hour Treatment Most of her massage sessions are from 90 minutes to two hours for intense treatment. She serves her clients Monday through Saturday by appointment only. Credit cards, checks, cash and gift cards are accepted and remember, tips are always welcome.
